1. Who runs this site

The operator's legal identity, contact email and address are pending confirmation and legal review; this technical policy does not certify legal readiness for public launch.
2. If you only browse or search
You do not need an account. We do not ask for your name, email, or phone.
We store the original and corrected search text, the number of results, processing time, and technical errors to improve searches. Each search has its own random identifier, which does not identify you or link your searches together. Please do not type personal information in the search box.
Clear vehicle problems can be matched automatically to existing categories. To limit repetition and abuse, the learner transiently processes the network address into a daily rotating pseudonymous token held only in bounded server memory, never in cookies or the database. Pending evidence stops counting after 24 hours and is removed at the next admission or process restart. Verified phrase mappings expire after 14 days; their phrase, category and provenance can remain for administrative inspection and deactivation. This does not measure conversions or certify a business's specific services.
We record usage metrics in our own database: listing views and taps on Call, WhatsApp, and Maps, together with the business, its category, and its city. These records do not include your IP address, a visitor identifier, or cookies. A tap on a contact button does not mean a call or a conversation took place.
3. If you create an account to list a business
We store your name, email, optional phone number, and your password as an irreversible hash (nobody can read it). We also record which version of the terms you accepted and when.
The listing details you publish are public: business name, description, phone, WhatsApp, address, location, hours, photos, logo, website, and social media.
5. Providers that process data
Cloudflare currently provides DNS resolution, not a proxied security layer for this deployment. Network filtering must be verified separately before claiming it is active.
Our server records technical logs (IP address, date, requested page, and browser) to operate and protect the site.
When you tap WhatsApp, Call, or Maps you leave this site; WhatsApp (Meta), your phone carrier, or Google Maps process that contact under their own terms.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your account and your data, or to correct a listing, through the Contact page.
We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.
7. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes we will update it on this page with its date.
