1. What RADAR is
RADAR USA is an online directory that helps the Latino community in Memphis, TN find businesses and services. RADAR does not provide the advertised services and is not a party to transactions between users and businesses.
2. Using the site
You may use RADAR for free to search for businesses. If you create an account to list your business, you are responsible for the information you publish and for keeping your password safe. Posting false, offensive, or illegal content is not allowed.
3. Business listings
Listings are reviewed before publication. RADAR may approve, reject, or remove a listing at any time. Publication may be free during a trial period; when it expires, the listing stops being shown until it is renewed.
4. Liability
Each business's information is provided by its owner. RADAR does not guarantee the accuracy of the data or the quality of the advertised services. Any dealings you have with a listed business are between you and that business.
5. Sponsored placements
Some businesses are marked “Sponsored”: it is an advertising placement that gives them more visibility on the home page and in results. A sponsored business is not a recommendation or a guarantee of its services by RADAR.
6. Corrections
If you see incorrect information in a listing, let us know through the listing's “Report an error” link or the Contact page. We will review the report with the business owner when needed.

We may update these terms when necessary. The current version will always be published on this page.
